Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests must bring their own.
Please also note that:
-bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own (cost: 5 EUR p.p./Stay).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,30 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: May - Sep: 8 EUR /night; Oct - Apr: 12 EUR /night).
-the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 3,50 EUR/m3)..
-pets are allowed (max. 2) and are free of charge.
-wood is available for an additional cost of 5 EUR/set.
