-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,20 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 1 EUR/Litre).
-wood is available for an additional cost of 5 EUR/set
