Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.

Please also note that:
-bath towels and bed linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
-kitchen linen are included in the rental price.
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,45 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: May - Sep: 3 EUR/night; Oct - Apr: 5 EUR/night).
-the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 4,10 EUR/m3).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 1,50 EUR / Garbage bag).
-pets are allowed (max. 1) free of charge.
