Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
Please also note that:
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,35 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 6 EUR/night).
-pets are allowed (max. 2) for an additional cost of 10 EUR/Pet/Stay
