This restored house lies in the peaceful village Verlaine sur Ourthe. approx. 8 km. north of the well known Durbuy and 47 km. south of Liege. The area is eminently suited for numerous sportive activities. The house has a living room on the ground floor as well as one on the top floor. from where one has a splendid view at the surroundings. At the back side lies a large fenced garden on a lower level. Garden furniture and a barbeque are present.
