This holiday home is located in the village of Xhoffraix. In Malmedy. there is an open air swimming pool and the lakes of Butgenbach or Robertville offer swimming. Nearly all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. Up the stairs you will find the equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. On the living room there ia cable TV a DVD player, stereo and a fireplace. Behind the house there is a large garden with furniture and BBQ.

- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 5 EUR/night (May-Sep) and 12 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 7 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- There is the possibility of purchasing wood sets at a fee of EUR 6 per set.
- You are allowed to bring max. 3 pet/dog with you for free. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival. Cleaning supplement (for pet(s)) € 20 /Stay.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
