This cottage, a former hotel, has just been renovated with taste and comfort. In the village of Ovifat, it is close to the Hautes Fagnes, Robertville and Bütgenbach lakes, and Reinhardstein château, as well as the tourist centres like Malmédy, Spa and Francorchamps. This cottage, the starting point for numerous walks in the woods in the Warche Valley, is ideal for family reunions or get togethers with friends and can accommodate up to 36 people. Equipped with a billiard table, table football, air hockey and a beautiful pub for enjoyable evenings. 10 bedrooms are all equipped with a toilet and private bathroom and three bedrooms have a family bathroom. Not forgetting the huge 4000 m garden with a terrace, pétanque pitch, trampoline, swings and slides, garden furniture and a barbecue for summer. As for the ski and luge runs, they are just a stone's throw from the cottage and you will avoid the trouble of parking. The house is ideal for families with children. For noisier groups, Le Relais de la Fagne (BE-6670-41) house is a better choice because it is isolated but still must of course be treated with respect
