Detached villa located on the edge of the village of Waimes. one of the Ardens well-known town where you can spend a nice holiday in total tranquillity.The villa is located on a large private property. with a large garden. a large terrace and an unobstructed view.The villa consists in two levels: you enter in a hall leading to a spacious living / dining room and veranda. as well as the kitchen. a bedroom and an office room. On the lower floor you can find the other bedrooms. a games room with table tennis (direct access to the terrace) and bathroom with sauna. The decor is simple but classic and neat. The environment is peaceful. it is a place that is very well suited for family holidays. The house itself is a family house which is perfect for grandparents. parents and children reunion.The town of Malmedy is 15 kilometers away.
