Stylish villa (330 m2) with its own tree park and an ideal location on the hills of the beautiful tourist town Spa. Cosy and comfortably furnished, very beautifully decorated with antique furniture. Every bedroom has his own wash table (hot water available). Enjoyment in Spa: the health nature, natural sources, museum, the Casino, the lake of Warfaaz (water cycling), the 'Spa promenades' (small trains), flea market, the playground... and in the surrounding of Spa: the 'Monde sauvage' and the caves of Remouchamps (15 km), the Reid animal park (10 km), and the castle of Franchimont (8 km), Télécoo (kayaking).
