This beautiful villa lies in wooded countryside in the area surrounding the town of Spa. The villa dates from 1938 and has been built in the typical style of the farmhouses in the Ardennes region using old material. The property has two beautiful stairwells. Naamse stone floors. oak doors and panels which all combine to make a atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. Alongside all the traditional furnishings and ornaments the house is equipped with all modern comforts. Villa Campion has an enclosed garden of 4000 m2 with play equipment for the children as well as garden furniture and a barbeque.Specifics:This villa is ideally suited for family parties. reunions. holidays. golfing weekends. company excursions etc. Good on-site catering is available.
