Located a stones throw from the Dutch border, in the middle of the valley and on the edge of the Geul River, surrounded by forests among the hills. This historic mill is just the thing for nature lovers and those in search of a bit of peace and quiet.

The sheltered courtyard, wild flower garden and terraces built into a hill will ensure you all the outdoor relaxation you could want. The beautiful, winding river Geul is the natural border of your garden area during your time at The Old Mill (De Oude Molen). Enjoy a panoramic view over the Geul Valley.

Youll find two golf courses, a swimming pool, a playground, café and the most beautiful of hiking and bicycling paths in the immediate area. From Sippenaeken, it takes just a few minutes to reach Slenaken, Eupen, Vaals and GulpenWittem or the Voer region.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.

-Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
-Bed linen are per packet available for an additional cost of 9 EUR p.p./stay.
-Towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package.
