The house is a stylish villa, authentic and modern at once. Within walking distance from the center of Malmedy and yet very quiet with private garden. On the ground floor there is the sitting, dining room and a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, there is also television room with TV and DVD player. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms most of the rooms have a wash basin and relaxing are with sauna. In the house you will find too the games room with table football and billiards, which is situated in the basement. The entire house has a internet access.
