This fully renovated holiday villa is located within walking distance of the tourist town of Malmedy. In the garden there is a lovely round swimming pool (heated from May 2012) and a great whirlpool (swim - spa). You ll feel like the king of the castle in this pearl.You can make wonderful local dishes in the modern fully equipped kitchen with island. or chat with family and friends in the spacious living room. Discover the unique. colourful bedrooms. each with its own bathroom. On the second floor you can enjoy a good film or play a game.Thanks to its central location just 10 minutes from the motorway. this is the ideal base for many excursions. There is a walking path through the garden to the Val d Arimont and the RAVEL cycling path runs nearby. In the winter you can ski and Nordic ski on the expansive High Fens only a few kilometres away. The famous F1 circuit of Spa-Francorchamps is situated at only 15 minutes driving. Nature. culture. sport or play. there s something for everyone here.
