This spacious and luxurious holiday home is located in the Our Valley, in the Belgian Ardennes near the Nature Park High Fens-Eifel. In the basement of the holiday home there is a luxury bedroom with TV, on the 1st floor there are 3 other comfortable bedrooms (2 of them with flat screen). The open kitchen is fitted with all appliances such as fridge with freezer. microwave, oven, built-in dishwasher, ceramic hob and hood. The living room with comfortable sofa and easy chair, flat screen TV and dining table. There is access to WiFi throughout the house. There is a terrace with dining table and 8 chairs and a small private forest (2000m²) which stretches all the way to the river. Here it is possible to fish for trout - enjoy the nature with its rare birds and wild boars. The house has a large garden and is situated on the River Ulf. Enjoy your holiday in the sun or enjoy a leisurely dinner from the grill. The forest roads to St. Vith and the castle in Reuland are within easy reach. Burg-Reuland is a village located in a prime location. During the summer you can swim or play tennis (for free) at the nearby Hotel Val de l Our (700 meters away). Just 10km away lies the modern Fun & Action Center of Belgium with karting, laser tag, bowling, 3D Mini Golf, rodeo, digital shooting, sumo and funboxing. As our tenants. you will receive a 10% discount on all activities. The region is a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. There are some cross country trails.
