This two bedrooms apartment of 100 m2 is 2.6 km from the centre of Knokke, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. In the living/dining room there is a flat screen TV and DVD and in the open kitchen there is an oven, dishwasher and micro wave and a washing machine The house has a balcony with furniture and has a view of the lake. For shared use with the complex is the indoor pool heated,a private beach and a children's playground. In the area there are supermarkets 2 km, restaurants 1 km, bars 1 km. Nearby attractions: Plopsaland 72 km, Casino Knokke 3 km. Please note: railway line 100 m from the property. Sportscentre Laguna with tennis and squash possibilities is for use for our guests and located next to the Residence (extra). Laguna Beach is carfree.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR cash will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- A final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels are not included in the price, guests can bring their own.
