Old school De Linde is a rural school founded in 1906. The school was recently entirely renovated and converted into a beautiful. spacious and pleasant holiday home. De Linde belongs to Belgium s cultural heritage and definitely unique ! The decoration is very modern. but old elements have been conserved. The blackboard. maps of the world and writing desks will remind you of the history of this monumental house. The living room is decorated like a type of cafe with a bar and offers different games. like table football. which will delight young and old. In the meantime. you can enjoy the tranquillity and space. The rural surroundings around the previous school will make you feel like reborn. In addition. Wijtschate belongs to the woody municipality of Heuvelland. which offers lots of leisure activities. The many walking-. cycling- and horse riding paths will lead you to welcoming local villages who each have their own attractions. Visit the various museums or discover the local gastronomy. A hit !
