It has a living/dining room 45 m2 with TV, electric heating and wood burning stove. Its open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a bath/shower and separate WC. Guests can enjoy the terrace 32 m2 and patio, with terrace furniture. For shared use there is a tennis with extra surcharge. In the complex there is a restaurant, bar. Parking is possible by the house. Shop, bus stop are in 500 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Golf course 500 m.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
Arrival must be within the specified times. The deposit will be returned by banktransfer ca. 3 week after departure. Please leave your bankdetails including BIC and IBAN with the keyholder.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rate. For renting bed linen there is an optional extra cost of 7 EUR per person and for towels 5 EUR per person.
