Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 125 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
Please also note that:
-bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own (cost: 7 EUR p.p./Stay).
-bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own (cost: 3 EUR p.p./Stay).
-kitchen linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own (cost: 3 EUR p.p./Stay).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,30 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost:0,65 EUR/m3).
-the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 3.50 EUR/m3).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 1 EUR/Garbage bag).
-pets are allowed (max. 2) for an additional cost of 10 EUR/pet/stay
