Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 125 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own (especially kitchen linen).
- Bed linen for rent per packet, 15 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels for rent, 6 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.28 EUR/kWh (Nov-Mar) is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure and 8 EUR/night (Apr-Oct) is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the gas/oil of 1 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 6 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
