-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,35 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 4,50 EUR/per hour in function).
-the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 5,50 EUR/m3).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 1,50 EUR/Garbage bag).

Linen change 1 times per 7 nights included.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
