These tastefully designed villas and cottages include fully-equipped kitchens, spacious living areas with TV, and private balconies with garden or water views. Facilities include a swimming pool and day spa. Set over 6 acres of Gippsland Lakes wetlands filled with birdlife, McMillans of Metung Resort features a secure private boat jetty and relaxation centre with a range of massages and facial treatments. Guests have access to a tennis court, games room, children’s playground and laundry facilities. The solar-heated outdoor pool with shallow children’s pool is surrounded by a large deck with sun loungers. Each cottage and villa features air conditioning, CD player, hairdryer and private BBQ facilities. Some also have a spa bath. The fully equipped kitchens include a dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven. The modern restaurants and boutique shops in Metung village are 5 minutes’ drive away. It is 500 metres to Legend Rock, an important Aboriginal site. Bairnsdale Train Station is 30 km away.
