Offering stunning views of the Glasshouse Mountains, King Ludwigs Restaurant serves a variety of authentic Bavarian meals. Including grilled cheese sausages with gravy, home-made pies and crumbed schnitzel on a sesame bagel. The bar offers over 35 different German beers and a range of wines. The spacious cottage features a large terrace with beautiful garden views, a BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a stove and a microwave. It includes a flat-screen TV and a DVD player in the living room. The fully stocked pantry offers breakfast provisions, German beers, fresh-baked bread and a cheese platter. The property hosts special event celebrations for festivals including Oktoberfest and Christmas in July. King Ludwigs Cottage is 20 minutes’ drive from Glass House Mountains and the Sunshine Coast is 35 minutes’ drive away. Brisbane is a 1-hour drive away.
