Please note that payment must be made in cash on arrival (see Hotel Policies). If you wish to make payment by credit card, you should call the apartments. Contact hours are from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 16:00 until 20:00 (except public holidays).
A damage deposit of EUR 150 deposit must also be paid on arrival, and will be refunded on departure. once the state of the apartment has been checked.
Please note that key collection takes place at La Pleta de Soldeu at 2,Carretera General, Soldeu.
Please note that from 22:00h key collection takes place at Hotel Alfa at 87, Avenida Coprincep Episcopal, Encamp.
Please note that late check-in carries the following charges:
From 23:00h to 01:00h EUR 20 (to be paid on arrival).
From 01:00h EUR 35 (to be paid on arrival).
Guests arriving after 22:00h are kindly requested to contact the property at least 24 hours in advance using the telephone number on the booking confirmation.
