All cancellation must be given in writing and cancellation period will only commence during office opening hours. Notice refers to when the
written notification was received.

All bookings are subject to a damage deposit of 250 GBP. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out once the accommodation has had a thorough inspection.

Payments accepted are Visa or MasterCard, cash or bank transfer. The booker is required to pay using a 3D secure payment link if paying by card. If paying by bank transfer, the property will contact you upon booking to provide bank transfer details.

100% of the accommodation balance and the damage deposit is due on the date of the booking.

All keys must be collected from our 24 hour security desk: 500 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 2BE. Please inform South Row Serviced Apartments - Shortstay MK in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
