Upon booking please provide your estimated time of arrival. You can do this by using the Special Requests box when booking. As your booking approaches, the property will contact you to confirm the details of your arrival. When you arrive, a representative will be there to give you a tour.

Normal check-in time is 16:00, with check-out being any time until 11:00. However, guests are very welcome to drop their luggage by prior arrangement. Late check-in after 19:00 is possible upon request and subject to a surcharge.

Guests need to show a valid photo ID and proof of address upon meeting one of the London Eye Serviced Apartments’ representatives; you may also need to show additional information prior to arrival.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Anyone found having a party will be charged and further action will be taken.

Please note the photographs are indicative of what you can expect from the apartments, although actual décor and furnishings may vary. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
