Please note that upon arrival, guests must provide the credit card used to book. This card will be pre-authorized for use against any incidental charges, such as damages.

Photo ID which matches the name on the card must also be provided. If a guest does not have the card, an alternative payment must be provided and the original card shall be refunded.

The property reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the credit/debit card provided in case of any damage, guest misconduct, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the apartment and facilities.

Please note that the property is located in a residential area and that it cannot accommodate any stag or hen parties. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
