Anantara Cruise offers a memorable 3 day 2 night historical tour along the majestic Chao Phraya River from Bangkok to Ayutthaya. This one-of-a-kind journey on the luxurious 100-year old teak barge allows guests to experience Thailand’s captivating sight including famous attractions such as Wat Arun and Wat Mahathat. During the 3-day tour, a personal English-speaking tour guide will take guests through the passage of time. From the iconic landmarks in Bangkok to the ancient city in Ayutthaya, guests will get to witness the beautiful scenery of the current and former capitals of Thailand. Anantara also offers a variety of recreational activities like fish feeding, elephant riding and merit making with local monks. The exquisite barge features elegant bedrooms with Thai decor and dark wood furnishings. Shower facilities and toiletries are provided in the attached bathroom. A hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers are included. Guests can lounge leisurely in the spacious upper deck area. Mouth-watering Thai dishes and refreshing beverages are served throughout the trip. During the day, guests can enjoy an afternoon tea in a relaxing atmosphere. Anantara Cruise sets sail every Monday and Thursday. This non-smoking cruise provides airport shuttle service upon request.

Anantara Cruise departs from the pier located in front of Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa (Bangkok City). The cruise sails to Ayudhaya where guests will spend the night, and return to Bangkok City the following day.
Please note that the first period is check-in Monday and check-out Wednesday. The second period is check-in Thursday and check-out Saturday.
