This 2-person holiday home is on the highest point of the Residencial where you have a magnificent view over the mountains of Guadarrama (2227m.) from the terrace of 8 meters wide Residencial El Guijo is built on an old finca (bull farm) and this urbanization with beautiful gardens are 3 communal swimming pools. tennis courts. bocce and more. There is a continuous fresh breeze and the strong cooling in the night air is unnecessary. The rest of the area is typical. with the sound of birds and crickets. Nowadays El Guijo the residence of the richer Madrileños to relax. After all The apartment is fully equipped. Special features include a second fireplace in the master bedroom. bath on legs and patio doors to the terrace to feel the outdoors. . Ideal for those who appreciate a contemporary romance " The center of Madrid is reached by only 4 bus stops in around 30 minutes. a luxury bus will take you right to the heart of Madrid (every 15/30 minutes).
