On the lower ground floor (outdoor steps): 1 room with 1 french bed; shower/WC; large terrace partially covered with furniture and panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, fenced grounds, reserved parking (fenced 2 cars) by the house (parking in the grounds).
