The house has a living/dining room with dining table and exit to the terrace; kitchenette in the entrance (2 hotplates, micro wave). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and exit to the balcony; 1 children's room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds; hip bath/WC. Balcony is 6 m2 and has panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. The sun terrace (15 m2) is accessible via a steep exterior staircase. Facilities: reserved parking space n 47. Steep motor access. Stepped path to the house. Surroundings: grocers 800 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach 2 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course 12 km, tennis 4 km. Please note: car is essential.
