This is a five room home with a living/dining room with satellite-TV and flat screen TV and an exit to the terrace. There are two rooms, each room with 1 french bed and 1 room with 1 bed. Furthermore there is a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer), bath, bidet and toilet. There is a terrace including furniture, a barbecue (portable), and deck chairs and a view of the sea. Facilities: Garage. Shop, grocers 700 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 700 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. Please note: - The owner's family live in a separate part of the house. (Garage is only for one car).
