Nice villa "El Nido", 2-storey building is situated in the district of Costa Nova, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 5 km from the sea. The house is separated in 3 units, each with separate entrances. This is a 9-room house on 2 levels, fully renovated, covered with WIFI internet. It offers 7 bedrooms for 14 persons, several bathrooms, one of them has Hammam-Shower, jacuzzi, a living room and fully equipped kitchens. Private: garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool heated, with privacy (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Outside shower, table tennis. In the house: central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Room cleaning weekly (included). Nearest supermarket is 2 km away, restaurant 800 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 5 km, bathing bay 5 km. Tennis 200 m. The villa will be rented exclusively as one unit.
