The property has a large living/dining room with swedish stove and satellite-TV. From there you can exit to the terrace. There is 1 double bedroom with shower/WC and double hand-basin and another double bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and electric coffee machine. A washing machine, roof terrace and central heating is provided. Guests can enjoy the 5 terraces partly covered with terrace furniture, barbecue, 4 deck chairs and nice panoramic view of the sea. A garage for 2 cars is also provided. For private use there is a garden on different levels, 1'100 m2 (fenced) with lawn, plants and flowers, orchard, swimming pool with privacy (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and a shower/WC in the pool area. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 6.5 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 5 km. Tennis 1 km. Please note that there is a stepped path (37 steps) to the house.
