This is a 1-room farmhouse 60 m², renovated in 2012, surrounded by fields, with 1.000 m² private grounds and located 10 km from Telde. The property has a living/sleeping room with 1 sofa bed and 1 french bed, an open fireplace and flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom. The property is equipped with a boiler (25 litres), a washing machine, an iron, hair dryer and has a furnished 84m² terrace, with a view of the mountains and the valley. Supermarket 10 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 10 km, sandy beach La Garita 14 km. Please note that the use of a car is essential, plus the property is not suitable for small children.
