This modern style villa is surrounded by a garden with many fruit trees and palm trees and located in the quiet countryside near the village of San Lorenzo. The village of San Juan is also near and here you will find banks, restaurants, a chemist, bookstore and a supermarket. The beach is on a 7 km distance and Ibiza town on a distance of 15 km from Casa Lorenso. The open plan living-dining kitchen is a light and comfortable area with open fireplace, satellite TV and music equipment. There are glass doors opening onto the covered terrace which has a sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave and a small dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a guest bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a complete bathroom with toilet. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and TV, as well as access to a covered terrace with a sitting area overlooking the pool area and the hills. The swimming pool is 7 x 5 metres and has a barbecue corner next to it with a sitting area. In front of the house on your left is the garage for one car. There is a separate entrance close from the house into the garage. In the garage are the washing machine and dryer.
