San Miguel is 2 km. away from Puerto de la Cruz. This is an apartment block which was renovated in 2012. There are three apartments in the property. In the resort 2 km. away from the centre of la Orotava, in a sunny position residential area (villas). It is an excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2 km from the sea. The four-room apartment of 110 m2, on the lower ground floor, spacious, comfortable and with modern furnishings. The living room consists a dining table and a digital TV and has an exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms for the adults with two single and one french bed and one bedroom has two single beds for the children. An open kitchen is equipped in 5 hotplates, oven, ceramic glass hob, freezer, electric coffee machine. Electric heating, gas heating is available. Terrace measures 150 m2 and garden 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2) and sitting area are to your disposal. From the house you can enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains. The grounds of the house have in total grounds 250 m2 and have a beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (3 x 2 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps, outside shower, pergola, barbecue. Parking is public on the road. The shopping centre is 1 km away from the property, sandy beach "Playa Jardin" 2 km.
