These chic apartments are located 50 metres from Patacona Beach in Alboraya. Set in gardens, they offer air-conditioned accommodation with terrace and sea views, 6 km from the centre of Valencia. The Beach House apartments include a lounge with plasma TV and sofa and kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Some apartments also have access to a shared outdoor pool. The properties have beach towels, flip-flops, beach umbrellas and picnic sets. Several bars, restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes’ walk and the nearest supermarket is 600 metres away. A personalised transport service is available at the apartments for an extra charge. Watersports are popular on the nearby beach and buses to the centre of Valencia pass just outside the apartments. You can rent a car or bicycle at the Beach House apartments, which are 10 minutes’ drive from the V-21 Motorway and 20 minutes’ drive from Valencia Airport.
