These bright and spacious apartments are located in the historic centre of Valencia, just 150 metres from Plaza de la Virgen and the Cathedral. The Royal Gardens are a 2-minute walk away. Downtown Apartments feature an elegant décor with parquet floors and modern furnishings. Each apartment is air-conditioned and has a fully-equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. The city’s beautiful Mercado Central Food Market is 10 minutes’ walk away. You will also find many cafés and restaurants near the apartments. Sushi is available as room service. Downtown Apartments can book tickets and provide more information on sights and activities in and around Valencia. There is a bus stop 250 metres away, and Alameda Metro Stop servicing lines 3 and 5 is less than 15 minutes’ walk away. Valencia Airport is 13 stops away, or 20 minutes by taxi.

Please note that there is a refundable deposit of EUR 250 per apartment, which will be charged on the card on the day of arrival. This deposit will be returned on departure, once the state of the apartment has been checked.
A cleaning service is available on request, at an extra cost.
