The 2 bedroom apartment on the upper floor is is bright with modern furnishings. Located in the outskirts, 1.1 km from the centre of Iglesa - centro de cuidad, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.9 km from the beach. The air conditioned apartment has a living/dining room with TV, digital TV, stereo unit and air-conditioning. There is 1 room with 1 French bed (135 cm) and a room with 2 80cm beds. The kitchen has a oven, ceramic glass hob and micro wave. The house has a washing machine and also terrace furniture. For shared use there is an angular swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.), padding pool and outside shower. You can also enjoy a private terrace (3 m2), garden furniture. A supermarket is located 1 km away and a shopping center and restaurant are 1 km distance, there is a sandy beach "Playa de los Naufragos" at 2,9 KM distance.
