Approx. 5 km. inland from the seaside resort Guardamar del Segura lies this nice duplex house (89 m) near the golf course La Marquesa. The house has a direct view at the tee of the drivingrange and the golf grounds from the covered terrace (5.5 m). The golf course is situated in a valley. The living section is situated on the ground floor (nine steps from the garden) and the two bedrooms are situated in the basement. The house is of a good standard and modern furnished. The garden (approx. 15 m) is partially tiled. There are two lounge chairs and garden furniture available. You can use the communal swimming pool in the urbanization. But also the beach can be reach after approx. 10 minutes by car.
