Twentyfive La Nucia offers an outdoor pool and covered, furnished terraces. Set in La Nucia, it is around 15 minutes’ drive from the beaches at Benidorm, Altea and Albir. There are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, as well as 2 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are included. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. La Nucia has a small selection of dining options and shops. Terra Mitica Theme Park is a 15-minute drive from Twentyfive La Nucia. Parking is available at the property.

Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 25 per week.
Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 50 per week.
Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay.
Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.
Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 500, to be charged in the case of damages. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Serra del Reclot, 41, 03530 La Nucia (Alicante). Please inform Twentyfive La Nucia in advance of your expected arrival time.
