This detached villa with private swimming pool is located in the village of La Nucia on the Costa Blanca. The holiday home has a charming living room with an open fireplace and a spacious kitchen. From the private swimming pool and terrace. you also have a breathtaking view of the sea. The barbecue allows you to make a nice family meal. The nearest beach is only 4 km from the home.La Nucia is located only 7 km from the bustling resort of Benidorm and the old fishing village of Altea. Because La Nucia is a bit inland from the coast. you can also enjoy the quiet surroundings and many activities that the region has to offer during your stay. Take the family for a visit to the Terra Mitica leisure park or to the Terra Natura animal park. which are both less than 15 km from La Nucia. Would you rather enjoy a typical Spanish meal or walk hand in hand along the boulevard. Dont miss a visit to Altea and its old historic centre. Altea is characterized by lovely squares with whitewashed cottages. It is located up on a hill and has various restaurants. bars and shops. From the old town centre hill you have a wonderful viewpoint with a fantastic view of the sea.
