Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 200,00 per week.
Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 126 per week.
Check-in after 20:00 and until 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.
A damage deposit of EUR 800 will be blocked on your credit card and will be released subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Serra del Reclot,41, 03530 La Nucía (Alicante). Please inform Bahia Finestrat in advance of your expected arrival time.
