The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- The service charge includes the final cleaning fee and the initial supply of bed linen and towels (and is excluded from the final price)
