This is a three room house of 60 m2 with a living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV, an exit to the terrace. Furthermore there is 1 room with 1 french bed, 1 double bedroom with 2 beds, an open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave), a shower and toilet. Moreover the terrace is partly covered and is included with furniture, deck chairs. There is a view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking. Restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach 4 km. Golf course 12 km. Please note: - not suitable for small children. - 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
