Detached single story villa with private pool near Jijona approx. 40 minutes drive from Alicante. This rural villa is ideal for seekers of peace and quiet. In addition to a lovely view of the mountains and valley of Montnegre. you have a large property of nearly 3 hectares with particularly charming surroundings. The olive grove and various terraces with seating. the unique decoration such as mosaics and large terracotta pots. cliff gardens with colourful flowers and plants. grape vines and garden lighting create a wonderful atmosphere around the villa. You will find true pleasure on the sunny terrace by the private swimming pool with lounges. outdoor showers and stone BBQ.The area around Jijona has much to offer. You can walk or visit the mini Grand Canyon approx. 3 km away. If you prefer artisanal villages. visit the pottery village of Agost (20 km). For those with a sweet tooth. Jijona (5 km) is the capital of nougat. The aroma permeates the streets and a visit to the nougat factory with museum is worth the visit. A day at the beach isn t out of the question either. The beach of El Campello is 25 km away and has a lovely boulevard with many cafes and restaurants. Golf lovers can visit the 18 hole course of Bonalba 20 km away. Restaurants. baker and supermarket 5 km away.
