This detached villa with private swimming pool is located on a private property of 1100 m2 near the Spanish village of Benissa on the Costa Blanca. The villa has homey furnishings and is equipped with all comforts. From the dining room you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area and over the Mediterranean Sea. Because the villa has two floors. the villa is suitable for families and friends on holiday together. but also offers everyone their privacy. There is also a guest flat. which is only accessible via the garden (not suitable for small children). Enjoy the sun on the various terraces. and cool off in the swimming pool. You can dine al fresco by the bbq area. which has a party tent to deflect the hot rays of the sun. Benissa is approx. 10 km from the villa and is situated at the foot of the Bernia Mountains among wine. olive and almond growing regions and is one of the oldest villages on the Costa Blanca. Through the location near the coastal road. you are in the port city of Moraira within 15 minutes in the car. as well as Calpe with its imposing Penon de Ifach cliff. Stroll through the shopping streets or grab a terrace at one of the cafés on the charming boulevard. Inland you can take a trip to the Jalon Valley. the historic ruins of Guadelest or the waterfalls of Fonts dAlgar.
