This modern holiday home features a communal outdoor pool and a furnished terrace. It is located in a quiet location, 10 minutes´ drive from the coves and beaches of Orihuela Costa. The air-conditioned living room comes with a flat-screen satellite TV with DVD player. Complete with an oven, the kitchen includes a fridge and a microwave. There is a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower located on the ground floor. 2 more bedrooms, as well as a bathroom, are located on the upper floor. You will find 3 golf courses in a 20-minute drive. Shops, bars and restaurants are 10 minutes by car. Alicante Airport is 71 km away.

Key collection takes place at the office during the following times:

Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for EUR 12 per person per week.
Pets are accepted for EUR 40 per animal per week.
A high chair can be rented for EUR 25 per week.
Electric fans can be rented for EUR 10 per fan per week. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle Bacallar 12 (2), 03720 Benissa, Alicante. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
