Los Almendros is a single-family house situated 2 km away from the centre of Calpe and 1 km from the sea. There is a lot of facilities: private grounds: 850 m2, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.), outside shower, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Interior five-room house 160 m2 on 3 levels: living/dining room with satellite-TV and digital TV and exit to the veranda. Bedrooms have the capacity of eight persons. Open kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and freezer. In the garden you can use deck chairs and enjoy view of the sea. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The house is directly looks on to the Calpe salt flats - where the flamingos can often be seen.
