Villa "Brisa del Mar" is 3 km from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet position, directly by the sea. It is two-bedroom villa 90 m2 on 2 levels which is situated on an 800 m2 (fenced) property. It offers a free Wireless LAN, a terrace with outside shower and garden furniture which provides a nice view of the sea and the countryside and also enjoy some barbecue using the equipped barbecue house. The villa accommodates up to four people. On the lower floor you find: 1 room with 1 french bed; 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC; and an access to the terrace. On the upper floor: 30 m2 living/dining room with satellite-TV and stereo unit; an exit to the balcony overlooking the sea; the kitchen with oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. A washing machine and reserved parking are also available. The supermarket, restaurant and bar are within 200 m, the sandy beach is within 700 m, the bathing bay ~300 m, and the public bathing area is just 10 m.
